Such reports will be delivered using secure data transfer methods. Epidemico may, upon request, deliver to the employer a list of user accounts that are active.

What information can I access?

Information entered actively by a user during the use of the Website such as answers to assessment questions, journal entries, self-reported stress-level etc. cannot be deleted or modified and may remain on servers even
after account is deactivated.
You should be aware that it is not technologically possible to remove each and every record of the information you have provided to us from our systems. The need to back-up our systems to protect information from inadvertent loss means that a copy of your Personal Information may exist in a non-erasable form that will be difficult or
impossible for us to locate.
